About the Role
Jama Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our supply chain by managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and making sure goods are stored, picked, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives to meet daily targets.
Oversee all warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
Ensure stock is accurately managed and recorded using warehouse systems.
Implement and maintain health & safety standards throughout the warehouse.
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and team performance.
Liaise with transport planners, drivers, and the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met on time.
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for operational improvements.
Manage shift planning, staff training, and performance reviews.

Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities.
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations and warehouse compliance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple teams.
IT literate with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
