About the Role
Jama Logistics is expanding and we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Manchester team. As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met while building strong, long-term relationships that drive growth for both our customers and Jama Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Work closely with the operations and transport planning teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare and deliver account reviews, reports, and performance updates for clients.
Resolve any issues quickly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
Support new business by assisting with onboarding and integration of new accounts.

Requirements
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales (logistics industry experience preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts with excellent organisational skills.
A proactive problem-solver with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
